Fish Fillets in Orange Sauce

  INGREDIENTS

2 cups orange juice
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp dried rosemary leaves
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 1/2 tsp corn starch

INSTRUCTIONS:

Prepare the Sauce:
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant.

Whisk and Pour: Whisk the orange juice with the cornstarch and pour it into the pan.

Season and Thicken: Mix well, add salt, pepper, rosemary, and honey. Stir until the sauce thickens to a saucy consistency.

Serve: Add fish fillets to the sauce or pour the sauce over cooked fish, shrimp, or meat. Enjoy!
